    i know many of you have asked for the recipe but really there is no recipe. just make your favorite oatmeal cookies(chewy works best) and then cool. throw some powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract and a couple of tbsp of hvy cream to moisten and whip it up with a mixer until it looks like little debbie oatmeal cream pie filling.
