the following are the types of things that can distract me from just about anything...

i can sit and imagine on what these lovelies would adorn for hours...especially the plaid ones..a big, glossy black chest of drawers a la the badgley mishka country house, perhaps.

those woodland critters are fabulous. they could add a much needed touch of whimsy to an otherwise seriously modern space.
but perhaps my MOST favorite is this african violet knob. i love it intensely:

these graphic black and white animal pulls are great too...

high fives anthro.
do you have a favorite? what would you do with it?
My fav is that very first one you posted - the one that looks like a card catalog pull. Need to get me some of those.
ReplyDeleteThe Calico Owl Knob is awesome! I could decorate a whole room with that inspiration!
ReplyDeleteI heart the little lion face!I actually have those wrought iron shelf bracket (but in a kind of verdigris green). I love them! I also dig that first one for a cabinet...
ReplyDeleteMy fav. is the card catalog pull.
ReplyDeleteAfter that I love the black and white bird with crown pulls.
Loving the Gothic and Aged Zinnia knobs! Your post titles never fail to amuse me...
ReplyDeleteThey always have great knobs. I have them in my master bath. My husband has the quartz knobs, I have the abalone and brass knobs.
ReplyDeleteOut of these, my favorite is the second and third.
OK this may make me sound weird but wouldn't you wear some of these nobs like jewelry (brooch or something)...I may be having a "Carol Burnett as Scarlett O'Hara wearing the drapery and rod" moment. I'd put out for pale one with bird and laurel (looks like a cameo). sigh....love your blog :)
ReplyDeleteWow I must have those card catalog pulls. I was searching for them earlier this week and never thought to check out Anthro. Thanks for the heads up!
ReplyDeleteAnthropologie definitely gives good knob....the second one is what I have been eyeing for my kitchen...love it!!
