monday color combo
it's orange and gray! orange and grey? whatevs. it's good. a lovely give and take, don't you think?

Orange and Gray is the key to my hubs wardrobe. This is his favorite combo.

Your new banner is a great design, interesting, nice/funky type, however, I am not a fan of pink. How would your new banner look with a medium-light warm grey background? msSmart- i spend (usually) the entire week gathering images. some combos are more readily available in the design world's online image galleries- for others it's like finding a needle in a haystack. i want nothing more than to do combos like lavender and ochre, red and violet, emerald green and dove gray...but they just aren't out there !!! maybe one or two but that's not enough for me. these color combos are a color story. that's why i include non design related images.
some days it takes me about a day to gather all the images i need, it's all based on the aforementioned.
as for the new blog look, i LOVE pink. i had it in the beginning a pale gray but i was a little tired of gray as my original look was gray. then i made it a really pretty peachy pink, like a pink grapefruit which i liked but people were commenting that it was sickly. so i think everyone's computer reads a bit different. white was too bland and this pale pink seems to be the least offensive to everyone. but you. :)
it reads REALLY pale from my computer. barely there.
Orange is my favorite color so I love this post!
