not here. but i sure do love the look of this place. the white and yellow is so good. but nope, i have been out looking at houses. most of which were abysmal at best. but one, albeit small had the most amazing back yard ever. so big!! i am trying to determine if it's enough reason to buy a house. b/c the house itself is small. possibly smaller than i would think is possible for us. but MAYBE if i knocked down a wall? and it needs updating in a big way and i'm not sure if our budget will allow ANY renovations for a while. but that yard. that yard. that yard. oh, did i mention that it's 2 houses down from the train tracks? but it IS in one of the best school districts in atlanta. gotta think about these things. it's the number one on our priority list. what's number one on yours?

Ooh- love the little house/backyard escape. I currently am obsessed with little houses in backyards and truly wish I could figure out a way to kind-of sneak one into our backyard. Small House plus great yard and perhaps your own backyard escape building one day??
Good luck!!
Gah-I want a little country escape like that sooo bad! A note about living near train tracks: I live about a mile away from one and let me tell you it is the most annoying thing in the world. I swear to God these trains know exactly when you are about to fall asleep at night because that is when they decide to come barreling through town blaring their horn. They also like to do it when you are entertaining outdoors to embarrass you in front of friends. Just a little something to think about.
I love the outdoor terrace. Beautiful.
This is the cutest space! I totally want to live in it. Thanks so much for scanning (I'm terrible about it.) and sharing it. That little terrace is such a great idea. Why can't I do that? I've got sticks and a white sheet. I'm going to file this away for sure. Thanks again.
We bought in like the worst neighborhood because it was all about the house. Totally not what you're supposed to do. But we don't have kids so schools weren't an issue. If we did, I would say location is key. Good luck with your house hunt!
