CRAP! we forgot to watch. i was reading my boyfriend your recap last night, and didn't even realize we were missing it. from the looks of that photo we didn't miss much.
Oh yah I watched, like a a fool with no brain. SOOO disappointed with the whole lot. Remember previous seasons when they made such a "ta do" over the finale show? This time it was so white bread and anti-climatic. No confetti, no huge crowd, & so on..
I think it was decided episodes ago that Antonio was to win - can you recite fixed over & over? I am a firm believer that Lonni should of won but they didn't want a third female wining in a row. Shame on you HGTV - phooey!
OK. I have watched my "on demand" version of this, and looking forward to your commentary. I think Lonni should have won, but barring that, anyone BUT Anthony should have won. I really hated that kids' room with the stars, ugh! And OMG, what is wrong with those female judges? Is it just me or were they drooling ALL over that guy? "You're so rude and I LUV it" giggle, giggle, giggle, batting eyes, curtsy....
I agree - Lonnie should have totally taken it!
There are no words for how disappointing this season was, they should be embarrassed.

The only thing I liked about the show was when the Clive guy would introduce the judges and go:
"Vuhhhhhhn YIP!"
yes anon. i adore clive pearse. he is delightful.
he has more personality on designed to sell! i guess thats what the host has to do, be tough and cold? heres your extra 5 grand losers. etc. Last year they actually had 'real' judges, more talent, and they didn't have to shop at freakin sears! but what happened to the winner?! i never saw his show. .
