polywhore

at least that's what i feel like after spending pretty much the entire day putting this room together on polyvore. this should have taken maybe 30 minutes? well, it didn't. but what else are you gonna do when you are sick as balls and computer retarded? anyway..i said i was going to fashion a room out of that fuzzy (some might say fugly) pink sofa. well, i did. an entry, specifically. i am a little disappointed at how small it is..so if you want the big effect plus details go here.

I agree that pollyvore is a pain in the you know what. What I love the most about it is that it links to the items that you select so if in the event someone wants to buy them, they can track them down. What is disappointing is the size. Totally agree w/ you there.

I think you just did that couch justice.

That is possibly the coolest mirror I've ever seen. I love it, especially in combination with the umbrella stand and the ceramic stool.

You have made a questionable pink faux fur couch look classy. Mark this Sunday off as a success.

that couch still looks like a muppet orgy but those accessories make it look like a much classier muppet orgy. i adore your blog!

Hmmm? How did you do that - hide the marshmallow sofa with beautiful decor!?!? BRAVO!

Ha, haaaa! You figured it out! Know it might be a pain, but wonder if you could upload the polyvore set to Flickr, then embed the Large flickr pic onto the blog...

You did it. It is beautiful in almost every way...what a creative gal you are. I would have a room like this in an apartment knowing that I would be replacing the couch someday very soon.

Very feminine with a cool streak! The chandelier is fab the way it mimics the "shape" of the sofa.

If anyone can a sofa like that work it is you, I like what you came up with!

I think it would be easy to open the image in photoshop and resize it if it bugs you! That couch is not really my cup of tea, but I love everything else in your polywhore session :-)

Not sure how I felt about the sofa alone but now that I see it in a room I am liking it.

Seriously, that room would make me giggle, which is as good thing as far as I'm concerned!!

Your search for an easy way to create a moodboard led me to search too, and I found it: http://picasa.google.com/

The download is quick, and I had my first moodboard ("collage") done in about 10 minutes. You might wanna try it!

I'm diggin' the snowball sofa.

LOL!! A muppet orgy?? I just spit out my Diet Coke a little...

Very cool entry board.

I used to use Polyvore for wedding stuff, but haven't really tried it for decor things. Hmmmm... maybe I should become a Polywhore too - I could get one of those teacups and drink out of it while on the computer! Although, I don't know how to get the image any bigger either.
