progress is power

i have sanded and applied one coat of primer. i have to wait for mike to get home to remove the hardware under the flaps, if i did it it would collapse and land on my head causing me to die.
also i ordered the hardware, it was cheap!!! 4.50 per pull and i got the last 2!

and then BAM! new sunburst mirror a la FURBISH, fuckers!!

and just like that i became. that. much. cooler.

jamie did me a favor and gave me a deal...so i can't honestly say how much it is retail.

i would rather not say what i paid for it out of respect for jamie. i don't want a shitload of people to call her up and be all..."umm MFAMB paid this much for it so why can't i?" you feel me anon?

but look at how amaze it looks!!!

I love you, and your writing style, and your personal style. i also love the color of your walls in the last picture. It is very similar to my walls, painted a color which I had the local Benjamin Moore store match to Farrow and Ball's Old White. I was wondering if you would divulge your wall color? I will send you a picture of mine if you tell me yours...

benjamin- thank you and thank you and thank you..

*Love* the wall color and the mirror and the fireplace tile? or what is that? I will have to scour your blog unless you make it easy for me.

The room is looking awesome! More photos, pls.
